Frequently Asked Questions About Waxing

Does waxing hurt?
Our proprietary wax adheres only to the hairs and not to your skin, making a treatment at Delete more comfortable than you might be used to. If you come back regularly, your skin will get used to it and the hair follicles will weaken.
How long should my hair be?
For the best and smoothest results, your hair needs to be about the length of a grain of rice—about 0.5 to 1 cm. So please stop shaving about 2 weeks before your appointment.
Do you also offer waxing services for men?
Absolutely! At Delete, men can also get treatments for almost the entire body, including the famous “Boyzilian” wax (the male version of the Brazilian wax). See all treatments for men here.
How often do I need to come back?
After a waxing treatment, your skin will stay smooth for about 4 weeks, so schedule your next appointment around that time. If you come regularly, your hair will grow back softer and thinner, and each treatment will feel more comfortable.
