Referral Terms and Conditions<\/h1><\/div>

Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Referral Program (“The Program”) enables members to earn points (“Wax Points”) for future treatments and\/or products of Delete Professionals in Waxing by referring and encouraging individuals to become new customers at Delete Professionals in Waxing.<\/p>\n

To participate, customers will have to agree to these terms and conditions, which are part of the general terms and conditions of Delete Professionals in Waxing.<\/p>\n<\/div>

How to earn Wax Points?<\/p>\n<\/div>

Customers of Delete Professionals in Waxing can earn Wax Points if: (i) a referred person clicks on their referral link and creates a new and valid account with Delete Professionals in Waxing that meets our general conditions; and (ii) the invited person makes a valid reservation (as defined below) and pays for the treatment.<\/p>\n

The referring client of Delete will receive Wax Points after the treatment of the referred person has been completed and paid for. 1 wax point has the value of 0.01 euro. The customer\u2019s maximum balance for wax points is 30,000 Wax Points.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Eligible treatments<\/p>\n<\/div>

A treatment eligible for discount must meet the minimum total value of EUR 20.00 and must be booked on the Delete Professionals in Waxing website (www.delete-waxing.com). The eligible treatment must be booked and paid for on the Delete Professionals in Waxing platform and the invited person must pay and complete the treatment before the referring customer will receive their Wax Points.
\nA reservation is not considered to be a valid treatment if the reservation is cancelled, therefore, no wax points will be granted.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Exchange Wax Points<\/p>\n<\/div>

Wax Points can only be redeemed on the Delete Professionals in Waxing platform. Once earned, the Wax Points will appear on your personal page www.delete-waxing.com\/mijndelete. They can be found under “invite your friends”. The wax points will be visible on the payment page once there are sufficient wax points for the treatment or desired product.
\nWax Points must be used within a year after the date on which they were issued, or they will expire.
\nWax Points are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n

If you think for any reason whatsoever that your wax points balance is not correct, please contact our Service Center. Delete Professionals in Waxing may ask you to provide additional information to make the proper decision with regards to your balance inquiry. All decisions regarding your balance are final and at the discretion of Delete Professionals in Waxing.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for any tax consequences that may arise from your exchange or use of wax points. If applicable, Delete Professionals in Waxing may be required to settle VAT for services which are redeemed with Wax Points.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Sharing referral links<\/p>\n<\/div>

Referral links may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Customers are forbidden to “spam” others with referral invitations. This includes mass e-mailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through communication channels to distribute your referral link. Clients may not pay to advertise their referral links.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Referred customers<\/p>\n<\/div>

New customers who have registered with a valid referral link receive a EUR 20.00 discount on their first treatment at Delete Professionals in Waxing. Coupon codes can\u2019t be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions, programs or incentives from Delete Professionals in Waxing. Each coupon code may only be used on www.delete-waxing.com. Delete Professionals in Waxing reserves the right to alter the discounted amount on the (first) treatment at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Other provisions<\/p>\n<\/div>

If your reservation is eligible for a refund, the maximum amount that you can receive will be equal to the amount you actually paid.<\/p>\n

If any provision in these terms and conditions is regarded to be invalid, void or unenforceable, such provision (or its part rendering it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be infringed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Termination and changes<\/p>\n<\/div>

Delete Professionals in Waxing can suspend or terminate the “Program” or participation of a user at any time for any given reason.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove wax points and\/or discounts if we encounter activities that we consider to be offensive, fraudulent or not in line with the Terms and Conditions of Delete Professionals in Waxing. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities. We also reserve the right to suspend accounts or alter referrals at our discretion.<\/p>\n

In addition, the treatments and products which are subject to a discount upon exchange of your Wax Points, may be altered at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Modification of the Conditions<\/p>\n<\/div>

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
